The KD4RAA-K4JDR Repeater Group is a cooperative effort of  North and South Carolina area ham radio operators and repeater owner/trustees sharing a common purpose of fostering good amateur radio practice,  developing technical skills, repairing and maintaining repeater systems, exploring new technologies, and taking an active role in helping establish and maintain local, interstate, and international repeater communications network capabilities.  We are not a club affiliated group but rather as individual ham radio operators and repeater owners, we each bring our distinctive skills, resources and knowledge base to help facilitate the many repeater projects through our combined efforts.

First organized in 1994, our group is self-supporting though the generous donations and cooperation of area ham operators as well as non-amateurs.  The participating repeater owners maintain an "open repeater" policy but many of the features of the link system can be accessed only by invitation.  Feel free to contact one of us for more information.  As always, the repeaters and link systems are available for general amateur radio use, public service events and emergency communication. We welcome your input and support.   73 de Danny Musten KD4RAA and Ronnie J. Casey K4JDR.
